1General Provisions

999 beats is an online betting and gaming platform serving Bangladesh and other selected markets. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 999 beats and the user ("you" or "Member").

These terms have been made available in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. However, in the event of a legal dispute, the English version shall prevail.

• 999 beats reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• For significant changes, a notification will be sent via email or through the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
• These terms and conditions apply to all matters relating to 999 beats.

2Account Registration & Verification

A valid account is required to use services on 999 beats. Providing accurate and complete information during registration is mandatory.

One Member, One Account

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and all funds may be forfeited.

KYC Verification

For identity verification (KYC), 999 beats may request the following documents:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Documentation verifying ownership of the payment method.

999 beats reserves the right to cancel any account and forfeit all balances if registration was completed using false information.

3Eligibility & Age Requirements

To open an account and use our services at 999 beats, the following conditions must be met:

Accounts belonging to users under 18 will be closed immediately and all transactions will be voided. Parents and guardians are urged to prevent minors from accessing this platform.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Maximum deposit: ৳5,00,000 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• If your deposit has not been processed, please contact Support within 24 hours.
• Payments made to or from third-party names are not accepted.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300.
• Standard Member — Daily maximum: ৳50,000.
• VIP Members — ৳2 lakh to unlimited, depending on tier.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.

5Bonus & Rewards Terms

999 beats offers a variety of bonuses and rewards. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• The deadline for meeting wagering requirements is calculated from the date the bonus is activated.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless specifically permitted.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 999 beats may place the bonus on hold pending investigation.

Wagering Calculation

Only the bet amount counts toward wagering — winnings do not. For example, a ৳5,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means you must place ৳1,00,000 in bets.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply to participation in Sports Betting and casino games on 999 beats:

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is accepted and the event has started, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time — the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• 999 beats reserves the right to review any bet in the event of unusual odds movement.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, that leg will be counted at odds of 1.0.

Casino Games

• All games are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that is independently certified.
• If a game is interrupted due to a connection issue, it will resume from the last saved state.
• If an error is detected in a game result, 999 beats reserves the right to void that round.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999 beats and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to claim bonus benefits in an illegitimate manner.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Account Sharing: Allowing someone else to use your account.
• Manipulation: Bets connected to match-fixing or result manipulation.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Third-Party Payments: Transactions made using another person's payment method.

8Account Suspension & Closure

999 beats may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• Account remains inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• By court order or direction of a regulatory authority.
• At the Member's own request.

Inactive Account Policy

An account with no logins or transactions for 12 months will be marked as inactive. If it remains inactive after 24 months, a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may be deducted from the balance.

9Responsible Gaming

999 beats places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We believe gaming should be a source of enjoyment — never stress or financial hardship.

• Spend Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly spending limit.
• Loss Limit: Automatic break triggered after losing a specified amount.
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for 6 months to 5 years, or close it permanently.

10Changes to Terms & Contact

999 beats reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
